GENERAL AGREEMENT:
The San Francisco Short-Term Rental is a non-smoking accommodation. The house is in a residential neighborhood; behavior that disturbs the neighbors, loud music for example, is not acceptable. Pets are not allowed except properly trained dogs needed by physically disabled persons.DEPOSITS: A security/damage deposit of $850 is required within 15 days of placing your reservation. Once the deposit has been received we will send you a confirmation of your reservation. We expect the rental unit to be left in a "neat" condition at the end of the rental period. Security deposit refunds will be made 21 days after departure less extraordinary cleaning, damage, missing items, phone charges or any damages that exceed normal wear and tear.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made prior to 45 days of arrival will forfeit a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 45 and 31 days prior to arrival will forfeit two-nights lodging. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. There will be no refund for late arrivals, no shows, early departures and/or reduced rental periods.
PAYMENT: All rent is to be paid in Cash, or Travellers Checks, or Cashiers Checks prior to arrival within 5 days of placing your reservation. Sorry we do not accept Credit Cards.

CHECK-IN TIME IS 3:00 P.M. CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10:00 A.M.
KEYS AND DIRECTIONS: Arrangements to pick up key, written directions to the apartment and a map will be mailed to you along with your confirmation letter prior to arrival.
TELEPHONE: The telephone in the house makes only local calls. You will need a long distance calling card number and access code to make any long distance calls.
2002 RENTAL RATES
: The San Francisco Short-Term Rental is available for minimum one night rental. Our rates are $375.00 per night based on a one or two night stay and $350.00 per night based on a three night stay and $300.00 per night based on a four or more night stay. The San Francisco Short-Term Rental is also available for weekly rentals. Our rates are $1,500.00 per seven day week and $225.00 per each additional night. All rates and deposit amounts are quoted in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change.
